The Scranton Cultural Center at the Masonic Temple was designed by the architect Raymond Hood, who also designed Rockefeller Center and Radio City Music Hall in New York City.

The Scope of the Work Included:

• Removal of panels and provide temporary coverings
• Full restoration of 93 panels of leaded antique glass with painted medallions
• Re-installation into metal sashes and frames
